Configuring an E-Mail Signature in Microsoft Outlook
Follow these steps to configure a signature in Microsoft Outlook (Outlook 2013 and later):
Under the “Home” tab in Outlook, select “New Email”.
Under the “Message” tab, click “Signature” -> “Signatures…”
Click “New”
Enter a name for the new signature:
Using the text formatting tools, create the desired signature or paste an already created signature into the window:
To automatically add the new signature to new messages and replies/forwards, select the name given to the new signature in the drop-down menus shown below:
Click “OK” to save the changes.
Finally, compose a new e-mail message in Outlook and the signature should be automatically applied:
