How do I setup a signature in Outlook Web Access OWA for Exchange 2007
Login to web mail at the address provided by
YourOfficeAnyWhere – please email us if you need these details. This
will work for anyone running Exchange 2007 though.
Select Options – this is in the blue Outlook banner next to the find someone search box
Select Messaging options in the left hand pane if necessary
In email signature enter the signature as required and with the font you wish to use
Tick the box “Automatically include my signature on outgoing messages”
Select Save (towards the top) to save these changes
