Cannot connect through terminal server gateway TSCAP Error


If you have a customer with a TS Gateway error or cannot connect because of TSCAP do the following
Connect to YOA-APP08-TS01 through 03
Launch RD Gateway Manager
Select Connection Authorization Policies
Look for the business name in the left hand pane - e.g. SPJ Solutions who have multiple companies
Right Click and select Properties
Select Requirements and check if the group is there for that customer (the default dot net panel group ending in 01)
If not add it
Do the same (similar process in Resource Authorization policies) as the above
Additionally in here select Network Resource and for that group name check that the computer account for the company is in this group.
