Users receive the following error message when logging onto the Remote Desktop:
Your disk is full or the cache directory is missing or corrupted.
Some bitmaps may not appear.
It is recommended that you disconnect and reconnect to disable caching bitmaps to disk.
- Check that the disk on the local computer has not run out of disk space.
- Browse to the following directory on the local PC: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client. Rename the Cache sub-folder, and then create a new folder called "Cache". Then attempt to log back in.
