Unable to send e-mail from Outlook 2003/2007
You are unable to receive email from within
Outlook 2003/2007 but you can send e-mail fine. You have tried Outlook
Web Access and that works fine.
1. Close Outlook completely and wait until the
Envelope icon and the Envelope icon disappear from the notification bar
at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Launch Outlook and log in normally.
If this does not work reboot the computer.
