Creating a Redstor Online App Account
Once signed up with YOA and are provided with Redstor, an invitation email will be sent with a link to the account creation and authentication process.
1. Open the link within the initiation email, and select the Email option.
2. Type in the email address that the original invitation email was sent to.
3. Create a secure password.
4. Select the Get started option.
The next steps will require the use of an authentication application. We recommend the Microsoft Authenticator application that can be downloaded for use on all smartphones.
5. If using the Microsoft Authenticator application, select the + icon in the top right-hand side of the screen, and then Other (Google, Facebook, etc.).
6. Using your device camera, scan the QR code on the Redstor page and then select Continue.
7. On the Microsoft Authenticator application screen, a number will have appeared.
8. Type this number into the following screen on the Redstor page.
9. Scroll to the bottom of the terms & conditions page, select the I have read and agree to the terms & conditions option, and then select Continue.
10. Redstor will now be successfully signed in.
