Set Up A Microsoft365 Account Mailbox on an iPhone
These steps are a guide to adding a Microsoft365 mailbox to an iPhone for use with the Mail application.
(Steps may vary, depending on the iOS version. These screenshots were taken on iOS 17.2.1)
1. Browse to Settings and scroll down to Mail.
2. Select Accounts.
4. Select the Microsoft Exchange option.
5. Type in the email address provided by YOA or Microsoft. An optional mailbox description can also be added at this point in the setup process. Select Next.
6. Select the option to Sign In.
7. Select the Continue option to open the Microsoft365 Sign In window.
8. Type in the Microsoft365 Account password, and select Sign In.
9. Select Accept to approve the permissions required by Microsoft.
10. If successful, blue ticks will appear to the right side of the email account settings.
11. Flip the sliders to on or off, depending on the mailbox items that need synchronising with the iPhone. Select Save to apply these settings.
