Accessing The YOA Customer MachPanel

The YOA Customer MachPanel can be accessed by customers to manage YOA server user accounts. A username and password can be provided by the YOA Helpdesk. 

The YOA Customer MachPanel can be accessed via the link below;


1. Follow the link, and type in the provided username. Click Next.


2. Type in the provided account password, and click Login.

3. Once signed in, click Service Director, Active Directory, and then Users



Changing a User Account Password

4. Select the icon under Options and then Change Password.


5. Type in the new password, confirm the new password, and then click Ok to apply the changes.
