 No Reports Available in Sage Accounting when Sage Data is on a Network Share




YourOfficeAnywhere and Cardium recommend that reports are stored in the same directory as the Sage Data file on the network share (mapped drive and in our hosting environment this is drive S:)

Open the Settings menu, choose Company Preferences, from the Company Preferences window, click the Reporting Tab then amend the settings as follows - ensure the Use Data Path For Reports check box is selected.

Now all that is required is to copy the reports to the shared area (mapped drive)

To find out the program and data directory do the following

From within Sage Accounts, select Help menu item, select About and click the System Information tab.

From the left-hand pane select Directories.

Make a note of the Program Directory and the Data Directory then click OK to back to Sage Accounts
